Damaged Product
Have you received a damaged product?
All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
If you have received a damaged product, please follow these instructions.
Please send photos of:
- the damage
- the entire print
- the package label, text/barcode must be legible
- the packaging inside (bubble wrap, corner protectors, and the inside of the cardboard box where you can see the buffer that has been made)
- the outside of the package, preferably a close-up of any damage to the package. Note: Transport damage can occur even if there is no visible damage to the package.
We need photos so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please email images to nadya@nlmodernart.com
